3.1 Family Account Connections

When a crew member connects their account with family members:

• Flight schedules and roster information are shared with authorized family member accounts
• Family members can view flight details, dates, times, and destinations
• Crew members maintain control over what information is shared and with whom
• Family members cannot modify crew member schedules or sensitive information

3.2 Access Controls

Crew members can:

• Add or remove family member access at any time
• Control which schedule details are visible to family members
• Revoke family access without deleting accounts
• View audit logs of family member access (where applicable)

4. Third-Party Integrations

4.1 Flight Tracking Apps

Qroster Family allows users to open flight information in external flight tracking applications:

• FlightRadar24: When you choose to view a flight in FlightRadar24, basic flight information is shared with their app
• FlightAware: When you choose to view a flight in FlightAware, basic flight information is shared with their app

Please note: These third-party apps have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before using these integrations.

4.2 Data Shared with Third Parties

When using flight tracking integrations, only the following information is shared:

• Flight number
• Flight date
• Airline information (if applicable)

Personal information about crew members or family members is never shared with these third-party services.
