Delete Your Account
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, profile)
- All uploaded roster PDFs and flight schedules
- Your preferences and settings
- Flight notes and custom entries
- All backup data from our servers
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Qroster app:
- Open the Qroster app on your device
- Navigate to Menu → Settings
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to delete your account via email:
Email: qroster@qroster.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent
We will process your request within 7-10 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Data Retention Policy
After account deletion:
- Immediate deletion: Your account and personal data are deleted immediately from our active servers
- Backup retention: Encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days for system integrity purposes
- Complete removal: All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 90 days maximum

- Sign Out: Simply log out and stop using the app without deleting your data
