Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Qroster mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Subscription Information
3.1 Subscription Plan
- Title: Qroster Annual Subscription
- Product ID: qroster_annual
- Duration: 1 Year (365 days)
- Price: QAR 79.99 per year
- Free Trial: 30 days (for new users)
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal cost will be QAR 79.99 per year
3.3 Free Trial
- New users receive a 30-day free trial period
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the annual subscription
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
3.4 Managing Your Subscription (Apple App Store)
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings
- To cancel: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Qroster → Cancel Subscription
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
3.5 Managing Your Subscription (Google Play Store)
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through the Google Play Store
- To cancel: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Qroster → Cancel Subscription
- Alternatively: Settings → Google → Manage your Google Account → Payments & subscriptions → Manage subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
3.6 Payment Methods
Apple App Store Purchases:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may vary by location
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Google Play Store Purchases:
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may vary by location
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Web Version Purchases:
- PayPal: Payments processed securely through PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase
- Apple Pay: Available for Safari and compatible browsers. Payment processed through Apple's secure payment system
- Google Pay: Available for Chrome and compatible browsers. Payment processed through Google's secure payment system
- All web-based payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption
- You can manage web subscriptions through your Qroster account settings
4. Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the App to:
- Manage and organize roster schedules
- Store and sync data across your devices
- Share roster information with family members (with Family subscription)
- Back up your data to the cloud
6. Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share your account with others (except Family plan)
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass subscription requirements
- Use the App in a way that could damage our servers or services
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://qroster.com/privacy-policy-qroster.html
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your respective platform's account settings (App Store, Google Play Store, or Qroster web account)
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods
- If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged
- All subscription sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Apple App Store Purchases
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as all transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to process refunds directly.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Qroster subscription purchase
- Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts
9.2 Google Play Store Purchases
For refund requests, please contact Google Play Support directly, as all transactions are processed through the Google Play Store. We do not have access to process refunds directly.
To request a refund from Google Play:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account
- Find your Qroster subscription purchase
- Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, visit support.google.com/googleplay for assistance
9.3 Web Version Purchases (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
For web-based purchases made through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, please contact us directly at qroster@qroster.com with your transaction details. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Please include the following in your refund request:
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Email address associated with your account
- Payment method used (PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)
- Reason for refund request
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Platform-Specific Terms
17.1 Apple App Store Terms
This End User License Agreement is between you and Qroster only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
17.2 Google Play Store Terms
This End User License Agreement is between you and Qroster only, not with Google LLC ("Google") or its subsidiaries. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Google is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Your use of the App from the Google Play Store is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, available at https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/
17.3 Web Payment Processing Terms
When you make purchases through our web version using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you agree to be bound by the respective payment processor's terms of service:
- PayPal: Transactions are subject to PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Policy
- Apple Pay: Transactions are subject to Apple's Payment Services Terms and Conditions
- Google Pay: Transactions are subject to Google Pay's Terms of Service
We do not store your complete payment card information. All payment information is securely processed and stored by the respective payment processors in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
